Curtain manufacturing in Skopje and surroundings
Grombi Zavesi works regularly across Skopje. We deliver a complete service — on-site measurement, material selection, manufacturing in our workshop, and professional installation. We cover all Skopje municipalities: Centar, Karpoš, Aerodrom, Čair, Kisela Voda, Gjorče Petrov, Saraj, Gazi Baba and Butel, plus surrounding settlements. No hidden fees, no obligation — measurement is always free.
Which curtains work best in Skopje?
For Skopje apartments and houses, the most popular options are zebra blinds (modern look for living rooms), roller blinds (full blackout for bedrooms), and pleated blinds (for attics, lofts and non-standard windows). Each is custom-made to your exact measurements and installed with warranty.
What's specific about working in Skopje
Skopje has a wide variety of buildings — from old apartment blocks in Centar and Debar Maalo, through mid-century housing in Aerodrom, Karpoš and Čair, to new builds in Aerodrom-Nov and Ždanec. Each type calls for a different approach: for old apartments with tall windows we recommend pleated or roller systems that don't strain the frames; for modern living rooms in Aerodrom and Karpoš, zebra blinds are the most-requested choice; for office spaces across Centar and Kapištec, vertical blinds give flexible light control. For houses in Dračevo, Sopište, Ilinden and surrounding settlements we travel on-site at no extra charge. We also handle larger projects for hotels and hospitality businesses in the city.

Frequently asked questions — Skopje
Is on-site measurement in Skopje free?
Yes — measurement in Skopje is completely free, with no obligation and no hidden costs. This applies to all districts in the city and surrounding settlements.
How long from order to installation?
Lead time depends on the model, material, quantity and current availability. We confirm the exact production and installation schedule with the quote.
Do you work in old buildings in Centar?
Yes. We have experience with the tall windows in old buildings in Centar, Debar Maalo and Kapištec. We bring our own ladder and tools, and handle installations on plaster, concrete, wood and aluminium.
How is payment handled?
We accept cash on installation, or invoice for businesses and larger orders. For projects above a certain amount we may request a deposit before starting. Everything is agreed up front — no surprises.
Can I visit your showroom in Skopje?
Our workshop and showroom are in Prilep — that's where we keep all materials and samples. However, when we come to measure in Skopje we bring a catalog and samples with us, so you make the selection at home, in your own space and lighting — which is far better than a showroom.
Do you do weekend installations?
We mainly work Monday to Saturday. Sunday installs we only schedule for urgent projects and hotels — let us know in advance.
