Curtain manufacturing in Kičevo and surroundings
Grombi Zavesi works in Kičevo and the wider region. We cover Kičevo, Plasnica, Drugovo, Oslomej and surrounding settlements. We deliver a full service — measurement, manufacturing and installation.
Which curtains work best in Kičevo?
In Kičevo homes the most popular options are zebra blinds, roller blinds for bedrooms and pleated blinds for attic and non-standard windows. All are made to exact measurements.
What's specific about working in Kičevo
Kičevo lies in a mountain basin in western North Macedonia — a distinctly continental climate with cold, long winters and strong summer sun. This creates a dual demand: thermal insulation in winter and UV protection in summer. For that we recommend dual roller blinds (blackout + sheer combined in one system) or honeycomb-structured pleated panels — both significantly improve thermal insulation. The old centre around the Bazaar and the newer buildings toward Gluvčevo have different needs — conservative solutions for the former, modern zebra and vertical blinds for the latter. Kičevo is close to Prilep — about 50 minutes by main road — so for many customers we can coordinate measurement and installation on the same day for smaller orders.

Frequently asked questions — Kičevo
Is on-site measurement in Kičevo free?
Yes. Measurement in Kičevo and surrounding municipalities is completely free. Kičevo is close to our Prilep workshop (~50 min) to you.
Do you offer thermal-insulating solutions for cold winters?
Yes. For the Kičevo basin we often recommend dual roller blinds (blackout + sheer in one system) or honeycomb-structured pleated panels — both significantly improve window thermal insulation. They help in winter and summer alike.
How long from order to installation?
Lead time depends on the model, material, quantity and current availability. We confirm the exact production and installation schedule with the quote.
Do you work in the old buildings in the Bazaar?
Yes. For old buildings in the Kičevo Bazaar we recommend conservative solutions (pleated, roller without visible mechanisms) that don't disturb the appearance. We bring our own tools for delicate installation.
How is payment handled?
We accept cash on installation, or invoice for businesses and larger orders. For projects above a certain amount we may request a deposit before starting.
Can I visit your showroom?
Our showroom is in Prilep — about 1 hour by car. You're welcome to come and see all materials and samples, or we can bring them with us when we measure in Kičevo.
