Do you offer delivery and installation, and in which regions is it available?
Yes. We provide delivery and professional installation throughout North Macedonia, in every town and village.
Can the blinds be serviced if the need arises?
Yes, we are at your disposal to help with any problem and solve it, and we even offer free servicing for blinds bought from Grombi.
Is the price the same if the customer takes the measurements and does the installation themselves?
No. Depending on the chosen system, there is an additional discount for self-installation. Both steps are very easy and simple, and you save time and money along the way. You get detailed video instructions and guides from us.
Can just the fabric be replaced if you already have an existing mechanism?
Yes, depending on the type of system, just the fabric/mesh/cord/accessory and the like can be replaced at a favourable price.
How long does it take to make the blinds?
Depending on the time of year, the workload and the type of blind, usually 2 to 7 working days. For specific, non-standard or personalised requests, the lead time may be longer and is set individually when the order is confirmed.
